CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Charges on order(s) will only be made if order(s) has not yet been processed for shipping.

We are not able to edit any orders under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping", or "delivered".

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and shipment with an additional 2-4 business days for delivery.

International orders may take 3-6 days to arrive.

Orders that are placed on weekends will not be processed until the following business day.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to limited quantities, we currently only accept exchanges/returns if an error or fault has occurred on your order.

To be eligible for a return, item must be in the original packaging which must be in its original condition. 

Items must be unworn and unused with the original tag still attached.

We offer returns/exchanges 5 days from the date your order was received.

HOW DO I WASH MY CLOTHES?

Please refer to care label. As recommended machine wash cold. Do not tumble dry.

 

SHIPPING

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

After order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.  Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days pending availability upon credit verification. Once an order has been placed, you cannot change/edit the address.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with ship date and confirmation along with tracking information. Estimated time of delivery will be anywhere from 3-7 business days once shipped.

After delivery has been made to the indicated shipping address on your initial order, Half Shadow will not be held accountable for lost or stolen packages.

 

All domestic orders are shipped, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Please note we cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed after 12pm ET, Monday-Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM AND DUTY FEES

As we are unable to advise the exact amount of custom and duty fees, buyers are responsible for all customer and duty fees that may occur to the order once it has reached the destination.
